This week’s assignment will be to write a 1500 – 2000 word, or enough to fully cover the primary topic of module 3 in a written paper.

· Thoroughly discuss the project integration management knowledge area and how it relates to the 5 process groups of a project.

· Discuss the key attributes within this knowledge area, see page 73 and 74 of the text for this list.

· Please focus on the criticality of each in this knowledge area to project success, including reasons found within the text and in the additional references you have been asked to solicit from EBSCO or ProQuest.

Organize your paper around these key attributes for project integration management, please.

Project Scope is critical to the successful management and understanding of what the implementation of a project must include for success.

· Please use your text and highlight what you consider to be the “most” critical activities required of the project and stakeholder team to produce the outputs for this knowledge area.

· You may choose to use graphics within the assignment to help get your points across, if you copy or paraphrase another author’s work, however, be sure to cite and reference per APA.

· Introduce your assignment (1-2 slides)

· Use the three to five section titles and fill in the discussion and include personal experience/observation (12-15 slides)

· Include a Summary of what you have covered aligning with the introduction (1-2 slides)

· Include the appropriate, at least three as described above, APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions (1 slide)

· Good presentations have very few words on the actual slides. Describe each slide using a Microsoft Word document containing at least 50 words per slide (except the title and reference slides). These are your “Speaker’s Notes” and they allow you to easily give this presentation at a later date.

This week’s assignment will be to write a 1500 – 2000 word, or enough to fully cover the primary topic of module 5 in a written paper.

· Discuss how the project schedule management knowledge area for any project.

· Identify the documents required as deliverables for this key knowledge area.

· Discuss within which key process groups each of the knowledge areas found.

· Use as many references as necessary to fully discuss this area but you must use the PMBOK, and at least two scholarly articles found within EBSCO or ProQuest.

At this point you should review the final project due on day 7 of week 8. You will use this information within that project. It is not too early to begin pulling that project together using information and knowledge gained in the previous modules. If you wait there will be more work required in the last week.
