Patient Care Improvement
Instructions:
Discuss an initiative for patient care improvement that has occurred as a result of the IHI Triple Aim.
Provide an example from your practicum site (preferably) or your workplace.
Include a discussion of the healthcare leader’s role in its initial implementation, ongoing roll-out, or maintenance.
