SWOT Analysis
Instructions:
Perform and post a SWOT analysis of your personal leadership skills.
Discuss at least one of your findings in your initial post.
Link the importance of nurturing the strength, taking advantage of the opportunity, improving the weakness, or minimizing the threat to becoming a dynamic leader.
Provide an example of your observations to further illustrate the concept.
