Instructions

After reading your results, save them in PDF format.
Analyze the results and write a short paper (3-4 pages) comparing those results with what you thought of how well you demonstrate civility in your professional practice.
Include information about why it is important for leaders to always demonstrate civility.
Include the results PDF from the testing site in the appendix.
The paper, as well as the references and appendix must be formatted per the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 6th edition, the only exception being that you may use first person voice (I, my, me) since this is personal evaluation of your behavior. Review the rubric to ensure your assignment meets the criteria.
Support your assertions with 3 current (within 5 years), scholarly, peer-reviewed articles from the literature.
