*Inner City Hospital/Teaching Hospital
*Very busy hospital, Population-low income/under
educated.
*Nurses are the end all be all.
*Nurses perform their own skills foley catheters, IV
inserts, EKG’s,
*Nurse patient ratio 1:5
*Each unit possess its own culture but in the end we
pride ourselves on Teamwork and that’s how we get
