For the core measure you chose in unit 1, develop an outline or algorithm applying TeamSTEPPS® (or similar type approach) for its improvement, including the leader’s role.
The outline should loosely follow APA format (it is not a scholarly paper, but should be written in a professional manner, and follow overall conventions of APA style – think about the outline in terms how APA headings would be used appropriately).
